Early Careers

Construction

Joining the construction team? You’ll work closely with the Construction Manager/Project Manager to support the site team and develop your own skills and experience.

Building Services

Heading into Building Services? You’ll be assisting the Technical Services Manager to deliver the mechanical, electrical, air conditioning, heating and lighting on the project. Working closely with the TSM to ensure client specifications are met and delivered on time.

Commercial

Budding members of this team work with the Commercial Manager to support the administration of commercial matters on projects. You’ll learn best practice, particularly about contract/procurement routes, access to a highly capable supply chain, negotiation skills, change and relationship management.

All apprentices

All Apprentices will attend a relevant course one day a week to gain qualifications. We support graduates, directly or following an apprenticeship, in applying for professional qualifications through the CIOB or RICS to ensure you are in the best place to continue your career.
