The chartered institute of management accountants: Precision personified.

The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) had a vision of what their new corporate European workplace could be. They wanted a prime position in the City and a flexible space to accommodate 275 staff. When they acquired 25,000 square feet in The Helicon building in the heart of London’s financial centre, BW joined the team.

To create a more agile workplace, CIMA improved their technology to support new ways of working. They also wanted to encourage collaboration and transform their culture by allowing teams to work together on a single floor and adding

a café and breakout areas. The modern vibrant design of the workplace takes full advantage of the building’s architecture and seamlessly integrated CIMA’s new sophisticated IT.

BW’s focus on precision and quality shone through – particularly in the reception area, where stunning new timber-slatted ceilings were carefully installed. BW’s team managed to achieve a consistent 80mm gap to the curving ceiling despite all the materials being constructed off-site.

We achieved this level of quality in an incredibly short period of time – handing over the project on time within 12 weeks.
