Andrew joined BW in June 2016. His career started in public practice before settling into 26 years in the business to business service sector and working for design, architectural and fit out companies. He has worked in fit out for the past 20 years as a Finance and Managing Director. Andrew is obsessed with Ipswich Town, and travels from the Cotswolds daily to ensure we remain in complete control of our finances.

Anthony heads up marketing, sales and business strategy, focused on extending occupier partnerships and frameworks. He also looks after the thought leadership program of research, seminars and roundtables. Before joining BW, Anthony worked on the board of the UK’s largest Fit Out specialist where he oversaw the development of international alliances in USA and Australia. He is determined that BW is considered as one of the most forward-thinking workplace experts in the UK, promoting the delivery of world-class customer service.

Chris started his career in 1997 as carpenter and joiner with Optima and stayed there for around 9 years. He then moved to site management with a shop fitting company based in Hertfordshire, mainly working on high-end retail. Chris then moved to Wates Interiors for 5 years before joining Como for 3 years. He has been with BW since he left Como and has recently been promoted to Contracts Manager.

Colin started at BW as an estimator in 2006. His ability to dissect a project and get to the heart of any issue led to his promotion to head of the Pre-Construction department. Ultimately, he earned a place on the Board as Pre-Construction Director in 2009. Colin’s ability to price fit-out work is renowned within the industry and he has developed an enviable hit rate with both pre-qualification questionnaires and tenders. Highly innovative and with an innate attention to detail, Colin sets high standards for the departments creative submissions and its professional bids.

Dale joined BW in June 2017 following 19 years at leading Fit Out and refurbishment companies. He has developed long standing relationships with end user clients, consultants and supply chain partners that have spanned many repeat business projects. When not working Dale can be found cycling or undertaking fatherly duties with his family.

My initial draw to services started back in secondary school days where I had a part time job fabricating and installing ductwork. This led me to college to complete HND Diploma in building services. I then spent 5 years in a building services practice designing and drawing services. The practical early education of hands on installation work with college learning and design gave me invaluable experience to progress my career. I left Ireland for 18 months to see the world and worked in Christchurch NZ on the famous art gallery as the mechanical PM for managing the HVAC installations. It was nearing project completion that I met my wife who persuaded me to come to London which was in 2003. I spent seven years as a TSM with a competitor before joining BW in 2010. I have worked as senior TSM until recently being promoted to head up the TSM department to bring consistency and high standards to the BW TSM’s delivering our BW projects.
