We have strengthened our presence in the customer experience world by becoming NPS accredited.

Our Customer Experience Manager, Maria Russo passed the Satmetrix NPS accreditation this week making BW the only accredited Construction related business with this accolade in the UK. Jubaiya Haque, CEQ Administrator, will follow suit in 2020, meaning we have all the bases covered at both points where we measure our Net Promoter Score.
